Child Development

She has worked both in Turkey and abroad and has prepared various projects for the implementation of the program, both for the diagnosis and evaluation of superior and special talented infant and preschool children. She is currently continuing her studies in preparation and development of both gifted and talented children in infancy, pre-school, primary and secondary education as well as diagnosis and evaluation, development and education programs.

Hacettepe University Department of Child Development and Istanbul University Faculty of Education, Department of Higher Education gave scholarship and doctoral studies on topical talented children’s development, education, family and teacher training and counseling, and research on current topics and scientific expertise and doctoral dissertation studies .

In 1993, we established Science and Art Centers (BİLSEM) in accordance with the social and economic conditions of our country for High and Special Talented Children. BİLSEMs Prof.Dr. BAYKOÇ has been working as a unique model for Turkey and it has been developed for the last 20 years as a long-term successful system of Ministry of National Education (MoNE) for the superiorities that it has developed and determined within the scope of university studies.
