NB Interest and Talent Areas Development Program

NB Interest and Talent Areas Development Program Dr. It was developed by Necate Baykoç in 1993 in accordance with the Turkish National Education System and the social-economic conditions of Turkey. The program is based on the implementation model of the Science and Art Centers, established in 1992-95 period when the Ministry of National Education was the General Director of Special Education and Guidance and numbered 70, which it gave its name. The program, which can be implemented in pre-primary, primary and secondary education, is based on the determination of the areas of interest and ability of children, and is a special program developed in such a way to integrate into the national curriculum. It is a school program developed to ensure that all children develop according to their qualifications, knowledge and abilities, and to make a high level contribution to the development of superior and specially talented children.

Since 2005, the program has been implemented in four different private primary schools, with approximately 750 students in 55 classes, 50 class teachers and 72 branch teachers, in the preschool, primary and secondary schools. Dissemination activities are continuing in different primary schools and the program content is as follows.

Special Talent Weekend Special Group Works
Professor Dr. Necate BAYKOÇ aims to apply the original “Weekend Outstanding Skills Special Group Programs” developed by experts in the fields of mathematics, science, music, drama, natural sciences and interdisciplinary fields to groups consisting of talented children in the schools. It is also necessary for children to find out, share, and create their own unique projects in groups that are made up of gifted children, such as themselves, who can search for, make, live, entertain and play with detailed information about the topics. The program aims to educate these children by using the right resources and appropriate methods. The program contents are as follows.

Schools and Educational Institutions Consultancy Program

Within the scope of the program being applied to the schools, the school conditions to be advised and the regulations to be made by taking into account the conditions of the Institute which gives the consultancy. Dr. Consultancy service is provided by Necate BAYKOÇ coordinator.

Parent / Teacher Conferences Program for Gifted Children

Professor Dr. Necate Baykoç and / or her team conferences are given on school needs or priorities for school teachers or their parents. It is aimed to increase the awareness and knowledge of the gifted and talented children who reach the information in the 2 hour hour conference process and find answers to the questions and to support the gifted children with appropriate behavioral models and directions for them. PERSONNEL EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR OTHER ENTERPRISES

Employee satisfaction is crucial in the increasingly intense and intensifying business conditions along with developing technologies and opportunities. Personele presents staff training programs to provide solutions and directions for family and child life, the most important fact in their life. Team trainings, case studies, role-playing and drama trainings are used to provide enjoyable, instructive and trainable training for all personnel.

It is organized to inform about training methods outside the workplace, to expand their horizons and to improve their ability to measure their own sensitivity to the behavior of others.
